Eligibility for UR application

If any of the following three conditions are met, you are eligible to apply for UR

1.The applicant’s monthly income is equal to or greater than the standard monthly income.

For rooms with a rent of less than 82,500 yen
→4 times the rent amount.
For rooms with a rent of 82,500 yen or more but less than 200,000 yen
→330,000 yen or more.
For rooms with a rent of 200,000 yen or more
→ 400,000 yen or more

2.The applicant’s monthly income is equal to or greater than the standard monthly income.

100 times the monthly rent amount. For example, if the monthly rent is 60,000 yen, the savings amount must be at least 6 million yen.
※Even temporary deposits are acceptable.

3.If the total amount of rent for one year can be paid in a lump sum.

For a monthly rent of 100,000 yen, this would be 1.2 million yen.
